My Team
“Good leaders create followers, but great leaders create leaders.”
-Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks z"l
My goal in hiring, training, and supervising the therapists who work with me - My Team - is not only to create a staff that provides top quality clinical and executive services, but to foster thought and practice leaders who are constantly on the cutting edge of psychology, applied neuro-physiology, and peak performance training, with roots steeped in the humanities.
Our mission is to understand what works in reality, hone our expertise and improve upon it, giving you, The Client, the highest return on your investment.

Heather Hogan, LMSW
My practice is rooted in my 10 years of experience as an integrated professional coach. My holistic approach guides high-performance individuals who are navigating corporate environments and seeking work/life balance. My practice is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and highly actionable.
Sarah Teitelbaum, LMSW
I view therapy as an opportunity for clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and find ways to move forward by examining the experiences that shape them. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel respected and understood, while also being challenged to see things from different angles.
Robin Weidhorn, MSW Candidate
I am an MSW Candidate at Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. My clinical interests and experience include trauma, attachment, anxiety, and relational dynamics, with a particular focus on how past experiences shape our sense of self, emotional patterns, and ways of relating to others.
I came to this work with decades of real-world experience in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. I draw on a broad range of professional and life experiences to connect with clients and support them in navigating their individual paths.
